ARTICLE 2 - PRODUCTS

2.6 - The customer acknowledges that the requested products may be unavailable or out of stock after placing the order.

ARTICLE 3 - PRICES

3.1 - The prices of the products are indicated in dollars all taxes included.

3.2 - The prices of the indicated products do not include the shipping costs, invoiced in addition to the price of the products bought.

3.3 - Oriental-Fragrance reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of the confirmation of the order by Oriental-Fragrance.

ARTICLE 4 - ORDER

4.1 - No orders / transactions will be accepted in the United Arab Emirates.

4.2 - the Customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before placing the order.

4.3 - Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

4.4 - All orders must be identified by a customer account.

4.5 - Any order implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, without prejudice to the contractual conditions concluded between the two parties.

4.7 - Each item you wish to select must be added to your shopping cart. A summary of the selected products is displayed by clicking on your basket, which you can check, modify, complete and validate by clicking on "ORDER".

4.8 - the products presented on the website www.oriental-fragrance.com may no longer be available or available for sale at the time of ordering, the parties mutually acknowledge this.

4.11 - Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in USD, EUR, GBP will be accepted for payment.

4.12 - We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

4.13 - The customer can cancel his order within 24 hours.

ARTICLE 5 - VALIDATION OF ORDER

5.1 - Upon validation of the payment, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer's e-mail address by Oriental-Fragrance. 

5.2 - The customer will express his final acceptance by paying the total amount of his order. 

5.3 - The customer will be able to verify the details of his order, the total amount and modify or correct any errors before validation of the order. 

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT

6.1 - By credit card, (Blue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard). The transaction will be carried out securely. The credit card number and expiry date are encrypted and transmitted to PayPal and Hipay without Oriental-Fragrance or third parties having access to it. 

6.1.1 - All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

6.1.2 -  https://www.oriental-fragrance.com/en/ will not pass any debit/credit card details to third parties.

6.1.3 - https://www.oriental-fragrance.com/en/ takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, (  https://www.oriental-fragrance.com/en/) cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

6.1.4 - The entire order is debited to the customer's account at the time of validation of the payment. 

6.2 - Payment by bank transfer, The bank information used to make the transfer is indicated on the payment page of the site. The costs are borne by the customer. 

6.2.1 - Oriental-fragrance will process the order upon receipt of payment. Consequently, the delivery times applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the payment and can therefore be modified compared to those mentioned on the day of the purchase of the order. 

6.3 - By Paypal. The Customer having a Paypal account between his e-mail address linked to his Paypal account and his Paypal password. Financial and personal information is encrypted when sending any sensitive information to Paypal servers.

ARTICLE 7 - DELIVERY

7.1 - Oriental-Fragrance undertakes to ensure its delivery as soon as possible.

7.2 - We deliver our Products to all Countries (except UAE). Shipping will be done by a third-party courier,
Delivery shall be 10-15 working days, Delivery Fees will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

7.3 - We do not deliver inside UAE.

7.4 - Delivery fees will be 24.90$ for all orders below 65$, delivery fees will be 9.90$ for all orders above 65$.

7.5 - Delivery time 10-15 working days, EXPRESS delivery will be 5-7 working days.

7.6 - In the event of a foreseeable delay in delivery, Oriental-Fragrance undertakes to inform the customer.

7.7 - The order of the customer will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer as delivery address on the Order concerned "Delivery address".

7.8 - Oriental-Fragrance also offers delivery worldwide, Not all delivery modes are available for all products. It may therefore happen that certain delivery methods, in particular the "DHL" delivery, are not offered to the Customer in the context of his Order.

7.9 - In case of non-conformity of the products with respect to the order, the Customer must send to Oriental-Fragrance a disputed e-mail. Oriental-Fragrance will, as the case may be, exchange. The request must be made within seven (7) working days following the delivery of the products. Any complaint made outside this period can not be accepted. Products must be returned to Oriental-Fragrance in the condition in which the Customer has received them. Oriental-Fragrance will charge Oriental-Fragrance if the error comes from Oriental-Fragrance.

7.10 - Oriental-Fragrance undertakes to send your order in a new condition, therefore we are not responsible for any degradation of your packages. (Customs, transport, sorting center, etc.)

7.11 - In the event that the customer does not recover his package from the carrier within the time provided by the latter, and that the package is returned to the sender, the Customer will be asked to pay the full cost of return of the parcel.

ARTICLE 8 - RETRACTION AND RETURNS

8.1 - Oriental-Fragrance extends the period of right of withdrawal of the Customer, as long as the order of the latter does not reach the status "PREPARATION IN PROCESS". 

8.2 - the Customer has the possibility to cancel the contract of sale of the products concluded at the time of the validation of the order, a delay of (7) days is counting upon receipt of his order for the termination of the contract of sale of products concluded. 

8.3 - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow for up to 15days for the refund transfer to be completed.

8.4 - In the event that the products have already been delivered, the Customer must imperatively ask for a return authorization with the customer service by mail within a period of (7) days. 

8.5 - Once the customer service is contacted, Oriental-Fragrance will provide an address to which the customer will return the package. 

8.6 - Returns are excluded in all cases for products unsealed after delivery and which can not be returned for reasons of hygiene or protection of health. 

8.7 - The costs of return of the product and the inherent risks are the responsibility of the customer. 

ARTICLE 9 - RESPONSIBILITY

9.1 - Oriental-Fragrance is not responsible for any shortage of the fragrances by suppliers and any event that can not be attributed to it (delay in delivery, force majeure, transport strike). 

9.2 - Oriental-Fragrance undertakes to send your order in a new condition, therefore we are not responsible for any degradation of your packages. (customs, transport, sorting center, etc.)

9.3 - The reponsibility of Oriental-Fragrance on your parcels extends until the parcel arrives in the country of destination of the customer, once this step passed Oriental-Fragrance is no longer responsible of your parcel.

9.4 - Oriental-Fragrance is not reponsible for the customs imposed in your country, the customer will be asked to cover all the customs fees in case of customs taxes.

9.5 - Oriental-Fragrace is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

9.6 - Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

9.7 - User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

If you provide any information to such third parties different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply.
